The 3-Year Part-time BSN program is a part-time nursing curriculum taught in the evenings and on weekends. If I wish to pursue a full-time curriculum, I understand I must stop here and apply to the Traditional Full-time BSN Program by the application deadline of February 1^st. I understand that through this current application, I am applying to a program with a part-time plan of study only.

By providing my electronic signature I am aware that my professional dispositions will be assessed throughout the nursing program (university setting, courses, simulation, clinical settings, internships, etc.) and will have a bearing on decisions made regarding eligibility to complete the program in a successful manner.

By providing my electronic signature I understand that I must complete all missing prerequisites with the minimum grade requirement of a B- by the end of the Spring 2024 semester. I further acknowledge that I will not be allowed to participate in the Nursing curriculum if these prerequisites are not completed.

By providing my electronic signature I understand that No more than 2 earned grades below the minimum requirement for any of the required nursing prerequisite courses are allowed for eligibility to apply to our program (prior to Fall 2023 C+ or higher, after Fall 2023 B- or higher).

By providing my electronic signature understand that I if accepted into the program, the inability to complete all requirements as outlined in the admissions packet by the appropriate deadlines will prohibit me from participating in the nursing curriculum.

By providing your electronic signature, you are acknowledging that all the application information is complete, authentic and truthful. If any information you have presented shows to be false, your application will be removed from consideration. You also acknowledge, as stated in the undergraduate catalog, that qualified students may not be accepted because of a limit on the number of clinical placements and limited Department of Nursing resources. You also accept and acknowledge that if offered admission into the BSN program, you must complete any remaining prerequisites with a B- or greater by the end of Spring 2024 or forfeit your spot in the nursing program. No exceptions will be made.
